Credit Card Details

  • As mentioned above, your credit card details are needed to confirm the room reservation.

  • - The credit card information you provide will be used by the hotel to confirm your reservation.
    - When you check out, the hotel will debit this card for your overnights and for any extra charges you may have incurred during your stay.
    - The hotel will also debit this card in line with its cancellation policy if you cancel your booking later than the specified deadline.

Flight Details

  • So that we can arrange airport pickup and transfer to the hotel, please provide the following details of your flight. This applies only to participants who stay in official hotels.
    Participants staying at other hotels will have to make their own arrangements for travel to and from the airport and between the hotel and the location.
